I am interested in carrying your brand, what's your starting order look like?
A: We are very flexible. Our minimums are as low as 24 shirts. That includes a mix of colors. We don't recommend going lower than this as you will sell out quickly and have to reorder.
Do you name drop on your gear?
A: We co-brand with many stores, but we are not a print shop. Our one request is to have Saltwater Born located somewhere on the item (sleeve, back, front, etc.). These details can be worked out with our sales team.

Do you do custom orders?
A: We do occasionally do custom orders for friends, family, fellow businesses. These are evaluated on a case by case basis. Please reach out to our owners or sales reps mentioned above.
I love the gear and want to get an order in for my store. How do I go about creating an account?
A: There are two ways. First, you can add your information directly in a form that gets submitted to our sales team. From our home page, click on the become a retailer button. Fill that out to the best of your ability. You will definitely get a response in 24-48 hours, if not much faster.

I like the brand, but don't want the store next to me to have it a few weeks after I order. Do you honor zone exclusivity?
A: Yes we do. In regions able to support it, we may be in two stores in an area but never next door. We reserve the right to evaluate or change accounts based on order history, relationships, etc. In the chance this happens, you will be given adequate notice by our sales team.
When doing business with your brand who will I be communicating with?
A: Currently, in the SWFL region it will be with our sales rep, Whitney Schaefer. However, as a new brand, our owners are very involved in the process and in most other cases they will be the primary source of contact. We are currently hiring 10 or more sales reps across the US. When new reps are brought on, this page will be updated.
What's your shipping policy for business accounts?
A: This depends on the region in question. Generally, in the US we cover the shipping on the first order and pass that on to our accounts on further orders. Further details can be discussed with our sales team.
Do you attend any major tradeshows or industry events?
A: Yes. We usually attend Surf Expo in Orlando annually in January. This is subject to change. Please contact our sales team for up to date information.
I received my order and love it! How do you take payment?
A: First, we are a Net 30 days retailer. Our main method of payment is via check. Our mailing address is as follows:

We do also offer payment via credit card, however there is a processing fee of 2.9%+ $0.30. That fee goes directly to the credit card company and is not kept by Saltwater Born.
Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes we do. We ship to most major markets.
