I bought a shirt and my item doesn't fit. How can I make an exchange?
A: First send the shirt you received back to us at:

Then, go to our website at: www.saltwaterborn.com and select the same shirt and the size you'd like. At checkout, use code: SWB100. That will make the price zero except for shipping ($6.90 for out of state, $7.38 for in FL exchanges).
We will send out the new shirt as soon as the original is received.
Do I have to pay to send my original shirt back along with placing a new exchange order?
A: Yes. We do not pay for shipping on exchanges because the shirts are custom and made to order.
I received my shirt and some part of the design is different from what I ordered. Can I get a new shirt?
A: Yes. First, send a picture of the shirt to us at: email@example.com
Mistakes like this are rare from our crew, but if they happen we will cover the cost of shipping a new shirt to you. Keep the original and give it to a friend/family member who might like it.
I made a purchase from overseas but imports and duty fee's were not available at checkout. How much will I have to pay?
A: The gear cost and shipping cost is correct at check out. Unfortunately, due to Shopify's plan we cannot display or calculate import and duty fees for every country. Also due to Shopify's policies, we have to ship using DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) labels. This means that you will be responsible for covering your country's duties and import fees.
However, we recommend using Easy Ship's import duties and calculator to get an estimate of what you will have to pay before/when your item(s) are delivered. Your local shipping company will contact you via Email, Cell, or in person to collect these fees.
