Custom Orders

We are now taking on custom orders! 

Do you want custom gear for yourself, family, friends, or a business but don't know where to start?

Saltwater Born can help! 

Here's how our process works:

1.  Send us your logo/images you want on the gear. The best way to reach us is at: crew@saltwaterborn.com

 The files need to be complete and ready to go. We have a graphic designer who works with us but she is expensive and typically charges for non-SWB graphics. These are evaluated on a case by case basis. If she is used, we pass along the cost to our customer.

Here are the following file types that we accept: .png, .psd, .ai, .pdf, .eps, etc.

 

2. We will test out your image(s) and make sure they print correctly. Afterwards, we will send over a proof of the gear ordered for customer approval.

 

3. We offer our custom order customers our wholesale prices. Please contact at us at the email above for more info. Once the proofs are approved, we send an invoice to the customer for the order. We ask for 1/3 of the order cost to be paid up front to cover our costs in case the individual(s) cancel, etc. We accept the following methods of payment: Check, Credit Card, Venmo, Paypal, Cash App, etc. 

 * While we can take credit card payments, Shopify charges an additional 2.9% + $0.30 on the order total. None of this goes to us. It goes directly to the credit card companies.

Once this 1/3 is paid, we go into full production.

 

4. We stay in contact regularly with our customers to keep them up to date with our progress. Once the order is complete, we ship it out to the customer. Tracking numbers and proof of shipment are provided. After delivery, the remainder of the order cost is due Net 30 days.
